well monday 14th i think the post man must have had a bad back
tryin gto get all them cards to my front door as i did not get any lol
any way back to running leg's all ok from the wokingham 1/2 on the sunday
monday night was a club run there was not many at he run this was down
wokingham an not valentins day !
the small group set off for a 5.5 mil jog this was nice and slow
but one of the runners was finding this a bit to fast
so i cut my run short to help him back
tuesday
6.30am i hit the gym for a core workout etc
then i the eve it was off to wokingham for some interval training
this was 9* 600mt with 40 sec rest
this was gd as i norm only do 4 *600 40 sec rest then 2 mins rest then 4*600
